Több magyar múzeum is kapott elismerést!
2015-ben a MUZEUM@DIGIT Konferencia látta vendégül az AVICOM éves fesztiválját, melynek díjátadó ceremóniáján több magyar múzeum is kapott elismerést! Gratulálunk a Néprajzi Múzeumnak, a Skanzennek és a Parlamenti Múzeumnak!

A kétnapos szakmai rendezvény célja volt, hogy nemzetközi kitekintéssel bemutassuk a múzeumi informatika jelenlegi trendjeit, a múzeumokban alkalmazható innovatív technológiákat és a múzeumok előtt álló, a digitális korszakból eredő új kihívásokat. Idei témáink többek között a múzeumok társadalommal való együttműködésének lehetőségei, a felhő alapú szolgáltatások jogi vonatkozásai, a digitális kulturális örökség megőrzése, valamint a „gamification” fogalmának múzeumi értelmezése volt.
2015-ben a szakmai programot szoros együttműködésben állítottuk össze az ICOM Új Múzeumi Audiovizuális, Kép- és Hangtechnológiák Nemzetközi Bizottságával (AVICOM) és örömmel biztosítunk helyet az AVICOM éves fesztiválja, a F@IMP 2015 Fesztivál díjkiosztó gálájának, ahol hét különböző kategóriában díjazzák a legeredetibb alkotásokat. A konferencia idejére megnyitottuk a „Győztesek Galériáját” is, ahol a díjazott produkciók voltak folyamatosan megtekinthetőek.

Az 1991-ben alapított AVICOM az ICOM (Múzeumok Nemzetközi Tanácsa) nemzetközi bizottságainak egyik szakmai albizottsága. A bizottság tagjait a gyűjteményekért felelős múzeumi szakemberek, kurátorok, tudósok és műszaki személyzet alkotják, valamint azok, akik a múzeumokban, a kulturális örökségi és a kulturális intézményekben található audiovizuális szolgáltatásokért és új technológiákért felelnek. A bizottságnak független múzeumi szakemberek, egyetemi oktatók és tanácsadók is tagjai. Az AVICOM tanácsokat ad, tájékoztat és növeli a múzeumi szakemberek tudatosságát a múzeumi közösségek számára rendelkezésre álló audiovizuális módszerek és új technológiák tekintetében.
Az AVICOM Fotográfiai Munkacsoportja a képeknek szenteli munkásságát és jelenleg is részt vesz abban az információgyűjtési folyamatban, amelynek célja a világ múzeumaiban és kulturális intézményeiben található művészeti és dokumentarista fényképeket tartalmazó gyűjtemények tematikus könyvtárának létrehozása.
Az AVICOM Multimédia Munkacsoportja elkötelezte magát a film, a videó, a multimédia és az internet mellett. Workshopokat kínál a diákok és a látogatók tájékoztatására és bevonására az új technológiák használatába. Szintén ez az a munkacsoport, amely megszervezi a Múzeumokról és Kulturális Örökségről szóló Nemzetközi Audiovizuális Fesztivált (FIAMP), melynek célja népszerűsíteni és elismerni azon multimédiás produkciókat, amelyeket a múzeumok és a kulturális örökségek intézményei alkottak, díjazva a legeredetibb alkotásokat. Az AVICOM számára fontos a társadalmi környezet valamint a digitális és közösségi média, amely a “kapcsolódó múzeumok” átalakulását generálja. A közösségi média különféle formáinak az utóbbi időben tapasztalható gyors növekedése a világ számos részén a lehetőségek és kihívások újrafogalmazására szólít fel a múzeumi dialógus és gyakorlatok tekintetében.
A látogatók, akik maguk is alkalmazói a kommunikáció digitális formáinak, sok múzeum számára egyre inkább kiemelt célcsoportot képviselnek. Számos vita fókuszál a múzeumi kommunikációra és interpretációra, valamint azokra az alkalmazott módszerekre, amelyek révén ezek digitális formákban jelennek meg. Ez a téma az utóbbi időben keletkezett múzeumi tanulmányok azon trendjét követi, amelyek szerint a digitális technológia használata erősíti a kommunikációt, az interakciót és az információs jelenlét cserét.
A közösségi média különös jelentőséggel bír, mivel megkönnyíti a múzeumi szektor és a kulturális örökség területének átalakítását és elősegíti a múzeumi jelenlétet a potenciális látogatók számára. Az online jelenlét, a munka megosztása és a tanulás a múzeumokkal megváltoztatja a látogató nézőpontját. Az egyének online reagálnak a múzeumi életre és a látogatók helyzetének a hatása serkenti a múzeumok teljes szervezetét átható változásokat. Ez tartalmas kétirányú interakcióhoz vezet a múzeumi közönséggel, a közösségi média és a mobil technológiák által biztosított eszközökön keresztül. A technológia megbecsülésével, valamint a fizikai, online és mobil világ közötti szoros együttműködés létrehozásával nyomon kell követnünk, miként viselkedik a közönség a fenti három területen, és kezelni kell a felmerülő múzeumi emberi erőforrás-kérdéseket annak érdekében, hogy készen álljanak megfelelni az egyre fokozódó tartalom-előállítási igényeknek. A múzeumok aktív kommunikációs hálózatokat hoznak létre, fontos tartalmakat osztanak meg más web alapú tartalomszolgáltatókkal, eképpen integrálva magukat a társadalomba, erősítvén a társadalmi megértést és a változás iránti elkötelezettséget.
